Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa accepted as a Virtuoso property

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa is delighted to announce that it has been accepted into the exclusive and prestigious Virtuoso portfolio – placing the resort amongst some of the finest worldwide.

Virtuoso, the leading luxury by-invitation-only travel provider, offers the premium collection of hotels and resorts throughout the world. Following a visit to Hadahaa in 2012, whereby the Virtuoso agents were extremely impressed by the discreet service, outstanding facilities, authentic hospitality and attention to detail displayed by the Hadahaa team, the resort was accepted into the prestigious Virtuoso program.

Hadahaa is honoured to be one of only six resorts in the Maldives to be part of this esteemed collection. The resort is located deep in the heart of one of the largest and deepest natural atolls in the world, and is committed to offering the highest level of service to guests, while still seeking to minimise its effect on the surrounding environment.

‘We are very proud of this achievement and honoured to be a part of the Virtuoso program. We are delighted that Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa has been recognised for its outstanding facilities and ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of service’ said the new Directorof Sales and Marketing at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, Eugene Feklistov.

This achievement follows an extensive refurbishment of Hadahaa in 2012, to coincide with the launch of a new regional airport in the south of the Maldives. Maldivian now flies five times daily to Kooddoo Airport in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll, reducing the internal journey time to Hadahaa by nearly half (now 1 hour from Malé). In 2012, Hadahaa also won the coveted Green GOOD DESIGN Award and achieved Silver EarthCheck Certification – becoming one of only three resorts in the Maldives to be certified to this level.
