Oman appoints UK representation to boost tourism

Four Communications has been appointed by the Oman Ministry of Tourism to handle the UK & Ireland public relations in both the MICE and leisure sectors.

Four Communications’ key focus will be to heighten awareness of the destination’s excellent offering to the business meetings, incentive, conference, exhibition and international association congress meeting markets.

The company will be delivering traditional and digital campaigns to support the destination’s marketing strategy, working with media, and the MICE industry to promote the country’s USPs and ultimately drive more business from this important sector to Oman.

Asma Al Hajri, Oman Ministry of Tourism, deputy director general international tourism promotions, said: “As we continue to raise the profile of Oman in the UK, it was important for us to select an agency that will build and enhance the work that has already been done to promote Oman in the country.

“Four Communications has superb experience of destination PR and marketing, excellent media relations, MICE and trade connections and creative ideas.
