New sales leadership for Oman Air in Manchester

To support the launch of the new flight route from Manchester to Muscat, Oman Air has appointed a new district sales manager for Manchester, Feysal Nagi.

Taking up the role this week, he will be joined by additional sales support in the Manchester office over the next few weeks.

Feysal has experience of working for multiple airlines including Air Seychelles, Qatar and Kingfisher Airlines.

After studying for a degree in foreign languages in Paris, Feysal moved to the Seychelles to work in various roles for Air Seychelles.

In October 2000 he made the move to Manchester to work for Qatar Airways where he spent eight successful years before joining Kingfisher Airlines.

Nagi said: “I am truly delighted to be joining the growing Oman Air team in the UK and have been an admirer of the airline for quite some time.
“I cannot wait to put my energies towards the challenge of increasing the revenue, passenger numbers and yields on the new daily service from Manchester to Muscat and beyond.”

The new daily flight from Manchester to Muscat is now in service, with the inaugural flight arriving in Manchester from Muscat at 19:05 on May 1st.
