New CEO at KDS

KDS, a leading international provider of online Travel & Expense (T&E) management systems for private and public sector organizations, has today named Dean Forbes as the company’s new CEO.

The KDS Board of Directors last week accepted the nomination of former CEO Yves Weisselberger as Chairman and placed Dean Forbes at the helm of the company.

“Dean brings to KDS an amazing level of energy, skill and drive to lead us to the forefront of the market,” said Yves Weisselberger, Executive Chairman of KDS. “I have been impressed by the many changes Dean has brought to the company since he joined a year ago, transforming every single aspect of our business, introducing new products and bringing in some highly talented people. Dean’s initiatives have already gained impressive traction in the industry, which has resulted in numerous significant wins for us.”

Prior to joining KDS in 2010, Forbes, 32, held the role of Group Vice President for IT giant Oracle’s project and portfolio management solutions on a worldwide basis. Before this, Forbes was Vice President and General Manager for Primavera’s international business prior to the company’s acquisition by Oracle.

“I am thrilled to accept this role,” said Dean Forbes. “Yves has created a highly respected market leading enterprise, and household brands trust us with millions of T&E transactions every year. Our focus in the next year is in three main areas: customer success and satisfaction, accelerated growth and expansion and innovation.”
