LOT Polish Airlines unveiled two new service offerings across its global network – LOT Economy Plus and LOT Economy Simple.

LOT Economy Plus is a premium travel option that provides passengers with the amenities of business class travel at an economy plus price point.

LOT Economy Simple offers passengers increased flexibility to customize their flight experiences and reduce their overall fares by 30 per cent of the standard LOT Economy rate.

“These new offerings will provide customers a higher level of comfort and a broader range of affordable travel options,” said Sebastian Mikosz, chief executive, LOT Polish Airlines.

“They are part of our strategy to transform LOT into the airline of choice for business and leisure travellers around the globe.”

LOT Economy Plus is now available on all LOT short and medium-haul flights. Passengers can enjoy business-class perks including access to an exclusive check-in desk, a special travel helpline, priority boarding and baggage claim services, and a dedicated runway shuttle for some flights at Warsaw Chopin Airport.

Additionally, LOT Economy Plus travellers will be treated to a world-class in-flight experience featuring LOT Gourmet’s newly revamped business class food and beverage program, which incorporates seasonal ingredients, new menu items and a wine selection designed by the vice president of the Polish Association of Sommeliers.

LOT Premium Class passengers on long-haul flights will be automatically upgraded to LOT Economy Plus class in Europe and LOT frequent flyers will earn increased miles on every LOT Economy Plus flight.

LOT Economy Simple enables weekend travellers to fly affordably while customizing their travel options to fit their needs.

LOT Economy Simple passengers can save money by checking in for flights online, opting for carry-on baggage and selecting an in-flight snack in place of standard meal service.

Passengers who select these options can reduce their overall fares by as much as 30 percent compared with standard LOT Economy.

Frequent flyers will also earn miles for all LOT Economy Simple flights.
