Mr Toad’s and Neuvo, part of the Emirates Leisure Retail portfolio, are toasting the rise of female leaders in hospitality this International Women’s Day, with women now making up more than half of the senior team.
The much-loved destinations – found at Premier Inn hotels across the UAE – continue to go from strength to strength as the go-to dining and entertainment spots among hotel guests, tourists and local residents. Between them, they serve more than 700,000 meals to over a million customers a year.
Hailing from Kenya, Uganda and the Philippines, Mr Toad’s and Neuvo’s female forces, including Outlet Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders, are aged between 26 and 40.  Among them are working mothers and women who undertake voluntary work for good causes in their spare time.
