ibis is offering, in selected London hotels, an intelligent concierge service - Monscierge - which provides a high visibility focal point where staff and guests can interact or simply find their own information 24/7.

With 73 per cent of front desk questions regarding local recommendations and information - the solution offers quick, convenient access to information when guests find some extra time on their hands - 24 hours a day and in a range of languages as standard.
Weather and flight information is live for guests’ current or future destinations, giving advance notice in case of delays.
Monscierge will be used by guests to send hotel-branded social postcards via email, Facebook or Twitter.
Guests can personalise them with their own message, share their experience with their friends and family, and it all attaches to a digital postcard designed by the hotel.
