The property, which is strategically located in the heart of the Luwan district, is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment as part of Frasers Hospitality’s global asset enhancement programme.

Situated within walking distance of the bustling shopping locale of Huahai Road and the city’s entertainment hub, Xintiandi, Fraser Residence Shanghai provides a calm and tranquil sanctuary amidst the city’s buzzing surroundings.

Contemporary and minimalist, the newly refurbished 324-unit Fraser Residence Shanghai, which first opened in March 2009, will continue to offer apartments ranging from studios to three-bedded penthouses.
