flydubai, Dubai’s innovative low cost airline, was joined by AL MASAOOD TRAVEL & SERVICES today to celebrate the opening of its new flydubai Travel Shop in Abu Dhabi.

flydubai’s CEO, Ghaith Al Ghaith was joined by Masaood Ahmed Al Masaood, Chairman of AL MASAOOD TRAVEL & SERVICES for a ribbon cutting ceremony as the airline added another sales outlet to its list of services in order to make travel a little less stressful for its customers. Abu Dhabi residents can now visit the Travel Shop to book and pay for flydubai flights, amend an existing booking and add optional extras.

By opening a dedicated flydubai Travel Shop in Abu Dhabi, we are making flydubai even more convenient and accessible to passengers across the UAE encouraging them to travel more often. flydubai operates from the modernised Terminal 2 building on the north side of Dubai International Airport. For those wishing to travel from Abu Dhabi and Al Ain to Terminal 2, there is also a dedicated flydubai bus service that will pick up and drop off passengers in front of the new flydubai Travel Shop. Operating four times a day to and from Abu Dhabi, and three times a day from Al Ain, tickets are available for purchase direct from the Travel Shop or on www.flydubai.com and cost just AED 40 each way.

The flydubai Travel Shop is located on the Ground Floor of Al Nasr Tower, Al Nasr Street, Abu Dhabi, and is open from 08:00 to 20:00 Saturday to Thursday.
