Ticketing Guidelines
Application
For tickets issued on/before 11MAR2011 with confirmed bookings involving

  1. Sendai, or
  2. Japan cities other than Sendai between 11MAR2011 and 31MAY2011

Refund
Refund penalty and/or service charge will be waived.

Rebooking / Rerouting
Penalty and/or service charge will be waived for date change and rerouting. However, the booking class code must be the same as that shown on the original ticket. No need to pay the difference of YQ (Insurance/Fuel surcharge) if any.

The refund/rebooking/rerouting requests due to EVA flight cancellation, please contact EVA ticketing office for further information.
