Ducry to lead Kempinski Summerland Hotel, Beirut

The owners of Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort have welcomed Fabrice Ducry, a Swiss national, as the hotel’s new general manager.

Ducry comes with over 20 years of experience, having worked with several regional and global brands, such as Ritz-Carlton, AccorHotels and Emaar Hospitality Group.

With a deep understanding of multicultural dynamics, Ducry is a world traveller, having operated in various markets and destinations such as the US, the Caribbean, Mauritius, south-east Asia and Dubai.

He comes with a vast knowledge of the region, having held several leadership roles in luxury properties from beach resorts to gateway city hotels.

Commenting on his new appointment, Ducry said: “It is an honour to be appointed as the new general manager of Kempinski Summerland, one of Lebanon’s most iconic five-star luxury hotels and beach resorts.
