Global marketing and technology agency, LBi, has been appointed by Cunard Line to oversee the development of its new website.
UK-based LBi won the brief to re-design the luxury cruise line’s site, initially for the UK, US and Australian markets.
The decision will see LBi working with Cunard to re-architect and re-design the website refocusing it on the customer’s journey with the line
The brief will also see LBI aiming to better reflect the Cunard experience, improve the site’s retail focus and lay foundations for an optimised tablet experience.
