Priska Spörri will take over as Head of Media Relations at Swiss International Air Lines at the headquarters in Basel. With her team she will be responsible for media communications both domestically and abroad. Her tasks include acting ad Deputy to SWISS Head of Communications Peter Marthaler.

During her studies (lic.phil.I) Priska Spörri worked in the printing field. After obtaining her licence as Presenter and Editor with the regional television in Baden. Later, she was associated as Editor in Chief, assisting in the build-up of what is today Tele M1. She complemented her television experience as Editor of foreign affairs in the SF DRS daily news summary. She participated in various transmissions as Presenter and Editor (SF Spezial, Quer, Netz Natur) and as a freelance journalist.

Priska Spörri ceased her television work in 1998 for a three-year spell of duty with the International Committee of the Red Cross (IKRK). As Delegate responsible for Communications, she worked in Colombia, Sudan and Sierra Leone.

The 39 year-old native of Zurich takes over her duties with SWISS on November 1.
