British debut for Sixth Senses Spa


The first UK-based Six Senses Spa is due to open next month in the heart of London’s Canary Wharf.
Situated in the dramatic interlinking towers of the Pan Peninsula residential development, the spa is set to bring a fresh, natural and spacious interpretation of the urban spa, incorporating open roomy designs using materials such as natural stone, wood and “exotic eco friendly materials” designed in a way as to fill with natural light.


The spa, which covers 7,000 square feet, or 650 square meters, will offer a full range of Sixth Sense signature treatments and rejuvenating Asian influenced therapies whilst trying to instil holistic lifestyle teachings.

Treatments come in full day or half day sessions or for those short of time there is always the option of visiting the “Express Retreat Circular Lounge” where they offer treatments in a hurry including De-Stressing Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Manicure and Pedicures.
There is also a separate relaxation room entitled Tranquility with reclining loungers.

The Inner Spa Sanctuary consists of eight treatment rooms two of which are specially equipped for couples therapies. On offer are exfoliation, body wraps and traditional Thai therapies complimented by a luxurious bio thermal circuit with chromotherapy steam cabin, crystal laconium, traditional dry sauna, sensory shower and a hydrotherapy pool.
Sixth Sense has a commitment to environmental awareness and all their internationally-trained therapists practise using naturally derived and ethically produced spa products.

The spa will be open to those living and working in and around the Canary Wharf area as well as Pan Peninsula.

This will bring the total number of Sixth Sense Spa’s in Europe to seven with many more in the pipeline.

The Pan Peninsula was developed by the prestigious Ballymore Group and includes materials such as black porcelain, rosewood, and exotic marbles, stone and etched glass.
