Orbitz adds low fare content

Orbitz Worldwide has
reached an agreement with low-fare carrier JetBlue Airways to distribute its airfares, effective immediately, through its Orbitz, CheapTickets and
Orbitz for Business brands.
Airfare will
be made fully available for air-only retail bookings and customized travel
packages (flight + hotel).
Similar to Orbitz’ redefining proactive customer care with services
like OrbitzTLC mobile access (http://mobile.orbitz.com) and Traveler Update
(http://updates.orbitz.com), JetBlue has created a new airline category
based on value, service and style.

JetBlue provides convenient, nonstop service to 53 cities across the
U.S.and Caribbean/Atlantic. Regardless of the destination chosen, the
JetBlue Experience offers customers the most live entertainment in the
skies today; comfy leather seats with more legroom than any other airline
in coach; complimentary trans-fat free snacks; and award-winning customer
service.

“JetBlue Airways is one of the most innovative, exciting brands in air
travel, and our customers will eagerly book this inventory through our
Orbitz, CheapTickets and Orbitz for Business brands,” said Sam Fulton, Vice
President and General Manager, Transportation, Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. “By
offering JetBlue flights, Orbitz Worldwide continues to work to offer more
low cost airline choices for our customers.”

“We strive to make travel easy, fun and affordable for our customers,
making the trip as enjoyable as the destination,” said Brett Cochran,
Manager, Distribution and Sales Development for JetBlue Airways. “By
entering Orbitz Worldwide, one of the fastest growing online travel
agencies in the United States, we continue to simplify the travel
experience from start to finish. This partnership will introduce new
customers to the low-fares and high-frills of the JetBlue Experience.”
