Homewood Suites by Hilton
has announced the opening of the 124-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.The property, owned by Rio Grande Development, LLC and managed by Northwest Hospitality Group, is the brand’s second hotel in Salt Lake City. Homewood Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City Downtown also is the brand’s first property to feature two restaurants and six retail spaces on site.
“Salt Lake City continues to be a thriving market, and outstanding performance of our sister property in Salt Lake showed that the market needs additional upscale extended stay hotels,” said Ted Capener, general manager. “Now business and leisure travelers have another Homewood option. We are thrilled that we are able to offer special onsite amenities in addition to our brand-standard amenities which are designed to meet the needs of those who stay for five or more nights.”
