Simon Allison Takes on Six Senses

Six Senses Resorts & Spas has appointed Simon Allison as
Managing Director of Finance & Business Development. Before joining Six Senses, he
served as President of Europe for Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc, where he was
responsible for more than twenty hotels in The United Kingdom and Europe.

Prior to that, Simon held the position of Managing Director, Investment and Finance
at Molinaro Koger, a leading US-based hotel consultancy and brokerage firm; and
Finance Director at Hospitality Europe BV, a major hotel owning company.

Earlier tenures included a ten-year period at JP Morgan where he specialised in the
hotel and property sector, advising companies on acquisitions, flotations and
debt-funding. Simon graduated from Oxford in 1987 where he earned First Class honors
before joining JP Morgan.

Apart from the time spent on major professional pursuits, Simon also became the
Chairman of a company based on the Residents’ Association at a major residential
property in the South Bank of the Thames, where he led the residents to vote to buy
their freehold in a UK 2.7 pound acquisition. His other ongoing interests include
travel, reading, food and soccer.

Chris Eddis, who has had the role of interim MD Finance over the past year, will
continue with Six Senses as a Core member, allowing him to give more focus to his
own business in Europe.  Chris will continue to contribute to Six Senses on specific
projects, mostly in Europe and in the Spa division.
