Fly Me Out to the Ballgame

Lucky Chicago White Sox fans
seated in premium box seats sponsored by United at U.S. Cellular Field
will view this season’s fastballs and backdoor sliders in the same stretch
of leggy comfort provided by United Economy Plus seating. The new partnership with the White Sox brings United up to the plate in a
big way: Just behind home plate, United’s “Scout Seats” offer hands-on
wait-staff and exclusive behind-the-scenes views of the ballpark. The
agreement also includes title sponsorship of a 5,000-square-foot private
restaurant and lounge built near Gate 3, and eight-foot long United logos
identifying the Scout Seat area and restaurant.

Chicago’s hometown airline is now a proud sponsor of all five of Chicago’s
professional sports teams—Bulls, Bears, Blackhawks, Cubs and of course
the White Sox—a home run in this sports-mad town.

“United is committed to being the air carrier of choice for Chicagoans,”
said John Tague, United’s executive vice president of Marketing, Sales and
Revenue. “United is proud to provide extra legroom sky-high and in the
home of the White Sox, U.S. Cellular Field. United and the White Sox are
two Chicago-based companies that pride themselves on offering first-class
customer service, and this partnership is an exciting opportunity for
White Sox fans and United customers alike.”
