Rhodes Opens its First Ever Thalasso Spa Hotel

This summer the Greek island of Rhodes will be home to a brand new Thalasso Spa complex.  The state-of-the-art spa opens in the grounds of the Atrium Palace Resort Hotel on Kalathos Beach at the beginning of May.  In addition to the spa there are also 28 new luxury suites and villas, complete with private swimming pools, gardens and separate living and dining areas. The Atrium Thalasso Spa is the first of its kind on Rhodes, offering various treatments including hydrotherapy baths, affusion shower massages and algae body wraps, which combat numerous ailments such as stress, cellulite and weight gain.

To complement the Thalasso Spa treatments, guests can also choose from a range of massages or take part in fitness classes such as gymnastics, aerobics or yoga.  Lunch in the Spa themed restaurant will complete any therapy and help participants achieve the perfect body shape.

Once this has been achieved the hotel’s elegant beauty salon will provide hair and beauty solutions for every occasion from pre-wedding to a simple day of pampering.

Accommodation at the Atrium Palace Spa and Resort ranges from standard rooms within the main hotel to the luxurious newly built suites and villas, set within landscaped gardens, close to the Thalasso Spa.  Prices this summer range from £445 per person for seven nights in a standard twin room to £889 per person for seven nights in a Superior Villa, including breakfast, return flights from Gatwick and transfers.  This is with Planet Holidays (0870 066 0909).

The Atrium Palace Spa and Resort is located just a short drive or bus ride from the historic town of Lindos.  Lindos has some of the best beaches on Rhodes, along with hundreds of traditional Greek shops, good quality restaurants and bars and the famous Lindos Acropolis.  A regular bus service operates from the hotel to Lindos and also to the Medieval Town of Rhodes.
