Revive the Senses - 1hr 30 mins

A top to toe treatment starting with an Espa Aromatherapy Facial to deep cleanse and restore the balance of skin. Follow this with the Luxury Hand and Nail Treatment to leave hands looking and feeling beautiful.

Mind & Body - 1hr 30 mins

Experience the dry floatation tank with Espa Soothing Body oil to relax the mind & body. Enjoy the benefits of massage and individually chosen essential oils in one of the finest anti stress treatment available. This complete face, scalp and body massage focuses on the accupressure points, helping to strengthen the nervous system, thus restoring lost energy.

Invigorate - 1hr 30 mins

This invigorating day with a fitness assessment with a fully qualified gym instructor, who will design a program tailored to personal aims and level of fitness. After an invigorating workout, unwind with a warming Espa Sport & Fitness Massage to soothe tired muscles and revitalise the body promoting a feeling of positive well being.

Following treatments guests can usually be found chilling out in the cool K Lounge with a speciality cocktail. Packages currently available are; Whirl away your week £149.00 per person, Whirl away your weekend £169.00 per person. These rates are based on two people sharing a Studio Room. A supplement of £30 enables an upgrade to a Deluxe Room with Super King Size Bed. Flat Screen TV, DVD, CD System and Playstation 2 are available on request.
