First Amrita Wellness Opens At Le Montreux Palace Switzerland

Le Montreux Palace, recipient of the American Academy of Hospitality Scienceså’ Five Star Diamond Award, has proudly announced the addition of Amrita Wellness Centre, a Raffles International lifestyle concept.

Boasting unparalleled excellence in luxurious accommodation, service and design, the Le Montreux Palace hotel adds the Amrita Wellness luxury concept - the first Wellness facility under the Amrita brand - in its quest to provide ultimate perfection and elegance for its guests.


With luxurious locations offering highly specialised health and wellness services Raffles International Amrita Spas, around the world has long welcomed travellers in search of fitness, serenity and rejuvenation. This exclusive luxury wellness concept focuses on providing a haven of relaxation and nurturing to members and guests, while providing complete care of the skin, body and soul - all supported by a team of highly skilled therapists.

The Amrita name is derived from the ancient Sanskrit legend where, from the beginning of time, Hindu deities searched for ‘Amrita,’ an elixir that promised eternal youth. Amrita Wellness, the mystical oasis will provide an integrated range of spa and skin care services, cutting-edge facilities, Amrita’s own private label aromatherapy products and signature Amrita Wellness cuisine of delicious and nutritionally balanced meals.

A unique approach will incorporate the best of Eastern and Western philosophies and methodologies carefully selected from around the world. These treatments have been carefully selected for their unmatched appeal to those in search of a quality spa experience. Traditional spa rituals, such as the practice of wraps and aromatherapy massage are featured alongside modern therapies such as chamomile body scrub and facials. Eastern methods include Ayurvedic and hot stone treatments.
