Booking car hire on the go has never been so simple thanks to the launch of leading car rental company Avis’ new iPhone application. Designed to make the car rental experience easier for thousands of Avis customers nationwide, this new app will enable iPhone users to search for vehicles, obtain quotes and book hire cars without needing to switch on their computer.

Not only does the Avis app offer customers a quick and easy way to book, it also utilises GPS technology, enabling them to find their nearest Avis location. Users also have access to the entire Avis fleet, just as they would be able to do online or over the phone. Furthermore, the app’s ‘More’ feature provides customers with contact details and location information, as well as storing the user’s preferences, favourite destinations and their predefined details and settings to make repeat bookings even easier.
