Following its inaugural Spring 2027 season in the Mediterranean, Amangati will chart a new course through the Caribbean. Launching in Autumn 2027, sailings through the Antilles will traverse the archipelago’s storied islands – home to Aman sanctuaries Amanyara and Amanera. Five- to eight-night itineraries are attuned to the rhythm of the Caribbean, capturing immersive cultural encounters and bespoke excursions in tropical sanctuaries. 

Amangati, Sanskrit for ‘peaceful motion’, presents a matchless experience on the water. The luxury motor yacht exclusively welcomes just 94 guests, comprising 47 airy and expansive suites, each with a private terrace opening to uninterrupted vistas. At Amangati’s heart, the Marina offers a seamless connection to the sea, complemented by shaded decks and alfresco spaces. Dining follows the seasons, while the Aman Spa, the largest in luxury yachting, crowns the experience with a two-storey wellness facility comprising a Japanese serenity garden and ocean-facing treatment rooms that restore balance.

Accommodation
Inviting stillness and ease, suite design blurs the boundary between interior space and sea with ceilings up to 2.5 metres (8.2 feet), full-height windows and private terraces. Dining Aboard Amangati

Alira
Infused with the spirit of the ocean, this relaxed, open-air restaurant embraces the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. From sun-drenched Greek islands to the lemon groves of Amalfi and the lavender fields of Provence. The restaurant celebrates seasonality and coastal elegance, with daily dishes inspired by the flavours and traditions of each destination Amangati explores.

Hiori
Hiori is where culinary mastery becomes quiet ritual. Derived from the Japanese words for heat and craft, the atmosphere is energetic yet intimate as the chef curates an elemental teppanyaki experience with precise technique and vivid movement. Shaped by the flavours of the season, each dish draws upon time-honoured traditions. The chef’s immersive culinary interplay creates personal moments with guests and gives the experience its warmth. Artisanal Japanese sakes, rare whiskies and contemplative teas carry the evening through to its satiating close.

Akari
Rooted in washoku, the Japanese culinary tradition honoured by UNESCO, Akari illuminates each season through ingredients sourced at their peak, prepared with the exacting discipline of age-old technique. Japanese for ‘light’, the name speaks to what the kitchen pursues: clarity, harmony, the natural world at its finest. The menu moves between classic dishes and a signature omakase experience, each rooted in seasonality and deliberate craft. Omotenashi — wholehearted, anticipatory service — flows effortlessly through every moment.

Aman Grill
An homage to the elemental art of cooking by fire, Aman Grill celebrates the traditions of open-flame cooking. Prime aged meats, whole fish and fresh, seasonal vegetables are honoured with artistic plating and served with precision. Presented as an arc of intimate nooks and thoughtful table settings, Aman Grill is rooted in classical techniques, with tableside rituals and sommelier-led wine pairings. Next door, The Bar at Aman Grill is an intimate space for smoke-forward cocktails and barrel-aged whiskies, aperitifs and nightcaps.
