TUI Group reports strong financial performance for third quarter
TUI Group recorded turnover growth of 16.4 per cent, to €4.94 billion, for the third quarter of financial 2017. This is up from a figure of €4.24 billion for the same period last year.

TUI AG has agreed on the disposal of all its remaining shares in Hapag-Lloyd AG, some 8.5 million shares. The disposal took place in an open market block trade to a guaranteed minimum price close to market closing.

Ebel has TUI AG board tenure extended to 2020
The supervisory board at TUI AG has extended the tenure of Sebastian Ebel as member of the executive board by three years to November 2020. Ebel was appointed a member of the board of the world’s number one tourism group in December 2014 for a term expiring in November 2017.
TUI Group expands presence in China with new CTS Group deal
TUI Group is strengthening its presence in China, with the joint venture with the Chinese CTS Group extended by 15 years to 2033. TUI China was established by CTS and TUI in 2003, with the new deal revealed as TUI Group chief executive Fritz Joussen visits to China.
