Ryanair signs data deal with Navtech
Low cost carrier Ryanair has signed a long-term deal with flight operations software provider Navtech to provide aeronautical charts and flight management system (FMS) data for use onboard its fleet of 300 Boeing 737-800s.

Boeing launches 737 MAX 200 with Ryanair
Boeing has launched the newest member of the 737 MAX family with a commitment from Ryanair for 100 airplanes. Europe’s leading low-cost carrier will be the first airline to operate the 737 MAX 200, a variant based on the successful 737 MAX 8 that can accommodate up to 200 seats, increasing revenue potential and providing customers up to 20 per cent better fuel efficiency per seat than today’s most efficient single-aisle airplanes.
Ryanair traffic climbs in August
Ryanair has reported that traffic grew by 400,000 to 9.4m customers in August, up 4% compared to the previous year. Load factor increased 4% points from 89% to 93% while annual traffic rose to 83.4m customers, up 4%.
