Rixos Hotels is to mark its Middle East debut by managing a new property on the Palm Jumeirah. The Turkish luxury hospitality brand steps in after Jumeirah Group, the brand behind Dubai’s iconic Burj al Arab, terminated its contract with Al Fattan Properties to manage Jumeirah Al Fattan Palm Resort.
