Norwegian Launches New Summer Routes to Copenhagen, Riga, and Ålesund
For the 2025 summer season, Norwegian is launching 17 new routes, including three from the UK. In total, next year’s summer program features an extensive network of 344 routes to 128 destinations. From the UK, the new routes include direct flights to Copenhagen, Riga, and Ålesund, complementing our existing connections across Europe. In addition to the UK, new routes are launching from Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Latvia to exciting destinations across Europe.

Norwegian releases flight tickets for spring 2025
With the summer holidays just around the corner, travel plans for next year may seem far in the future, but today Norwegian is opening for tickets from the basic program which means that tickets for trips in the spring and early summer are open for booking. This initial launch includes tickets on 234 routes to 99 destinations from 30 March to 1 June 2025. More departures and destinations for the summer 2025 will be released later.

Norwegian improves company score in global climate CDP ranking
Norwegian improves and receives the highest possible score in several categories for its emission reduction initiatives in this year’s global climate ranking from the international organisation CDP. Norwegian receives an overall score B and the highest possible score in the categories for risk management processes, risk disclosure, and in reporting and verification of direct and indirect energy supply emissions (Scope 1 and 2).

Norwegian releases tickets for the summer 2024 programme. A total of 279 routes are now available and bookable for next year’s spring and summer season. Norwegian also launches new routes from Tromsø to Berlin, Paris and Bergamo/Milano. In addition, more destinations for next summer will be added during the autumn.

Norwegian welcomed 2.1 million passengers in August
Norwegian had 2.1 million passengers and a load factor of 85.2 percent in August. Regularity was particularly high with 99.6 percent of all scheduled flights taking place.

Norwegian reports strong results in the second quarter 2023

Norwegian had 1.9 million passengers and a load factor of 84 percent in May. On routes to popular holiday destinations, the load factor was 90 percent. The airline is well prepared to welcome passengers in what is expected to be a busy summer season.

Norwegian had 1.5 million passengers and a load factor of 81 percent in March. The first month of spring marks the return of the summer schedule with a considerable increase in capacity.

Norwegian delivers strong traffic figures in February
Norwegian had 1.2 million passengers and a load factor of 84 percent in February. The airline experienced high demand for winter holiday travels and is currently preparing to welcome both corporate and leisure passengers as it ramps up capacity when moving from the winter to summer schedule.

Norwegian had 1.4 million passengers in November
In November, Norwegian had 1.4 million passengers, an increase of 37 percent compared to November last year. The load factor was 79.5 percent and routes to beach destinations in Southern Europe were particularly popular with a load factor of close to 90 percent from Norway.
