Luxury hotel operator Mantis has announced a new joint venture with marketing specialist Three Cities in a deal which could revolutionise Southern Africa’s hospitality sector.

Thanks to a new strategic partnership with boutique hotel company Mantis Group, Preferred Hotel Group has become the largest international hotel brand in South Africa, bringing the total number of members on the continent to 30.

Following major refurbishments, two exquisite hotels have reopened in the beautiful city of Cape Town, voted “Africa’s Leading Destination” at the World Travel Awards. The Last Word properties, both part of the Mantis Collection, are The Long Beach in the fishing village of Kommetjie and the second it nearby The Franschhoek.
