British woman found dead in Kashmir
A 24-year old British woman has been found dead on a houseboat in Kashmir, according to reports. The female is thought to have been stabbed to death on the vessel at popular tourist destination Srinagar’s Dal Lake.

Britain has advised female tourists to be cautious while traveling in India in the wake of the rape of a Swiss tourist in Madhya Pradesh last week. Six men accused of raping the 39-year-old Swiss tourist, who was camping with her husband in a forest in Madhya Pradesh, have been remanded in custody.
