IHG expands Holiday Inn brand in US
InterContinental Hotels Group has made plans for two new properties, one located in Nashville, and the other in Deadwood, S.D., adding to the growing global Holiday Inn Resort brand portfolio, currently at 36 properties worldwide.

InterContinental Hotels Group has announced the launch of a new integrated campaign to support its rapidly expanding Holiday Inn Express brand in the UK and Germany. The brand campaign will run across TV, radio, digital, PR, in-hotel and B2B channels in the UK and across PR channels in Germany.
IHG to open Holiday Inn Lima Airport hotel
InterContinental Hotels Group continues to increase the Holiday Inn brand’s footprint in Latin America with the signing of the new-build Holiday Inn Lima Airport hotel. The $24 million hotel will be located adjacent to the city’s Jorge Chavez International Airport, and is being developed by the Pinasco family, who will also manage the hotel under the Operaciones Turisticas Peruanas entity.
15 Holiday Inn Express Hotels to open in Australia
IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) today announced that international investment company, Pro Invest Group, has established a $150 million fund to develop a portfolio of 15 Holiday Inn Express hotels across Australia.
Holiday Inn plans third hotel in Rome
IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) has signed its third Holiday Inn hotel in Rome, the Holiday Inn Rome – Pisana. The 229-room property is due to open in quarter four of 2013, following a conversion from an existing hotel brand to an IHG branded hotel.

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced the signing of its third Holiday Inn hotel in Rome, the Holiday Inn Rome – Pisana. Holiday Inn Rome – Pisana is due to open in quarter four of 2013, following a conversion from an existing hotel brand to an IHG branded hotel, and will operate under a franchise agreement with Roma Ovest, part of JSH Group.
Holiday Inn Express debuts in Singapore
The first ever Holiday Inn Express has opened its doors in Singapore. The 221-room Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road is the first of two Holiday Inn Express hotels planned for Singapore during the brand’s rapid expansion across South East Asia.
IHG’s first hotel announced in Rayong, Thailand
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the world’s largest hotel companies, and Felicity Asset Co. Ltd have signed an agreement to build Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre, the first IHG property in Rayong.

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has opened its second hotel in Ecuador as part of the group’s regional expansion. The seven-story 122-room Holiday Inn Hotel Guayaquil Airport in Guayaquil is adjacent to the José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport.

Holiday Inn Express expands in Europe
The 102-room Holiday Inn Express Manisa is scheduled to open in early 2014 in Turkey. This is the latest development for parent company InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG), which opened 39 properties throughout Europe in 2012.
