World Golf Awards voting deadline nears
Nominees at the World Golf Awards, the only global initiative to recognise, reward and celebrate excellence in the golf hospitality industry, are entering the final straight as the deadline for voting approaches. World Golf Awards 2014 will take place at the Conrad Algarve, Portugal, from November 13th-16th. Voting for the event closes on October 2nd, with World Golf Awards urging supporters to make their voices heard.
Ritz-Carlton Company plans first golf resort in China
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company has unveiled plans for its first golf resort in China when The Ritz-Carlton, Mission Hills opens in late 2015 on the island of Hainan. Adding to the brand’s growing portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts in China, The Ritz-Carlton, Mission Hills will be located in Haikou, the capital of Hainan Province.
