Dusit Thani Residences Maslak Istanbul, Turkey, set for 2018 opening
Fast-growing global hospitality company Dusit International has signed a management agreement with Abduljawad Holding, an investment company headquartered in Saudi Arabia, to operate the Dusit Thani Residences Maslak Istanbul, Turkey. The property will open as part of Maslak 1453 – a commercial, business and residential hub set over two million square metres on the European side of the city.
Dusit opens two new hotels in UAE and China
Thailand-based hospitality company Dusit International has continued its global expansion by debuting its dusitD2 and DusitPrincess brands in the UAE and China, respectively. Dusit to welcome dusitD2 Phuket Aria Hotel
Dusit International has signed a management agreement with Phuket-based property developer Layana Development to operate the dusitD2 Phuket Aria hotel in Surin Beach. Located on the west coast of Phuket between Bang Tao and Kamala Beaches, and just 30 minutes by car from Phuket International Airport, Surin Beach is dubbed ‘Millionaire’s Row’ due to its cluster of high-end resorts and residences.

Dusit Hotels & Resorts recently signed a management agreement with ACES Property Development to operate DusitPrincess ACES Dubai, a new hotel apartment project within Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. This will be Dusit Hotels and Resorts’ sixth property in the Middle East.

Dusit Thani Fudu Qingfeng Garden Hotel opens in Changzhou, China
Dusit Hotels & Resorts has welcomed the launch of the Dusit Thani Fudu Qingfeng Garden Hotel Changzhou, previously known as the Fudu Qingfeng Garden Hotel, after a renovation to bring the hotel in line with the Dusit Thani brand. Comprising two towers, the premier hotel offers 349 guestrooms and suites in the west of the city, approximately 15 minutes by car from the Changzhou Railway and Airport.
DusitPrincess set for Dubai launch following ACES property deal
Dusit Hotels has signed a technical design agreement with ACES Property Development to bring a new hotel apartment project under the DusitPrincess brand to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The agreement was formalised at a signing ceremony recently held at the Dusit Thani Bangkok, presided over by executives from both companies, including Dusit’s Group chief executive Suphajee Suthumpun and founding director of ACES, Kashif Shahzad.
Dusit Thani Hot Springs & Wellness Resort Fuzhou set for 2019 opening
Dusit Fudu Hotels & Resorts has reached an agreement with Zheng Heng Group to manage the new deluxe Dusit Thani Resort in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. The property will become the first internationally branded hot springs and wellness resort in the area. The agreement was signed by senior executives from both parties at a ceremony held at the flagship Dusit Thani Bangkok.
