Carnival set to be hit by $95m bill following Costa Concordia sinking
Carnival Corporation has revealed the sinking of the Costa Concordia could cost as much as $95 million. Shares in the company fell by 18 per cent in early trading following the incident on Friday which saw the vessel go down of the coast of Isola del Giglio, Italy, after hitting rocks in shallow waters.
Italian cruise ship survivors found
Three survivors have been found on the Costa Concordia cruise ship that ran aground on Friday night. Three passengers were killed and 30 injured as result of the incident, the causes of which have not yet been established.
