Citadines Apart’hotels continues global expansion with new signings
The Ascott has secured contracts to manage its first Citadines Apart’hotels in Vietnam, Sabah, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. The 200-unit Citadines Regency Saigon is slated to open in the vibrant commercial hub of Ho Chi Minh City’s District 3 in 2018 while the 253-unit Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu is scheduled to open within the heart of the city in 2018.
The Ascott brings Citadines brand to Hamburg
The Ascott has opened a fourth apart‘hotel in Germany, with Citadines Michel Hamburg now receiving guests. This is Ascott’s fourth property in Germany, adding to its portfolio of properties in Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt.
Ascott to open Citadines Grand Central Sri Racha
Ascott has extended its footprint to Thailand’s eastern seaboard economic region, winning contract to manage a 133-unit serviced residence in Sri Racha district, Chonburi province. Ascott expands Citadines China presence with Hangzhou property
The Ascott has secured a contract to manage its first Citadines Apart’hotel in Hangzhou. Scheduled to open in late 2014, the 100-unit Citadines Intime City Hangzhou will be Ascott’s 11th Citadines Apart’hotel in China.
Ascott expands Citadines brands into Gulf region
The Ascott has confirmed it will introduce the Citadines brand to the Gulf region. Starting in Jeddah, the 166-unit Citadines Tahlia Jeddah and the 136-unit Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah are expected to open within the first quarter of 2014.

The Ascott has secured a contract to manage its first serviced residence in Nanjing. The contract was awarded by Nanjing Lek Yuen Property Development Company, a major property developer in Nanjing, China.
