The Ascott Limited (Ascott), the world’s largest international serviced residence owner-operator, will launch Citadines Suites early 2013 in Paris.  Citadines Suites Louvre Paris will be the first property under Ascott’s new category of boutique serviced residences adding a third and upper tier to the existing Citadines Apart’hotel and Citadines Prestige labels in Europe.

Citadines Suites Louvre Paris is strategically located in one of the French capital’s most well-known districts. It adjoins the Palais Royal and Comédie Française theatre and is within easy walking distance of the Louvre Museum, Opéra, Tuileries gardens and banks of the River Seine.  The area is also home to numerous boutiques and restaurants stretching from Avenue de l’Opéra to Rue Saint-Honoré and Rue de Rivoli. Business travellers will appreciate being close to the business district, Paris Stock Exchange and government offices on the Left Bank.

The seven-storey Citadines Suites Louvre Paris has a stunning 1908 architecture featuring an Art Nouveau stone façade adorned with balconies, sculptures and colonnades. The serviced residence offers 51 apartments from Première Suite to the Royale Suite.  All apartments will have a stylish interior décor and provide supreme furnishings and bedding. The fully equipped kitchen in each apartment will come with bone china dinner ware service, a Nespresso® coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. There will also be a special welcome set which includes coffee and tea capsules, mineral water, L’Occitane® bath and shower products, bathrobes and bedroom slippers.

Guests can enjoy facilities and services including a fitness centre, Honesty Bar, concierge, limousine and breakfast service, and the option of having the refrigerator in the apartment filled with their preferred food, snacks and drinks on their arrival. Besides complimentary wireless internet access and an iPad® / iPod® / iPhone® docking station in the apartments, there will be a business corner equipped with 27” iMac® and Air Printers. Above all, dedicated Citadines Suites Hosts will receive guests and provide them with personalised service 24 hours a day.
