VIRGIN ATLANTIC NAMED WHICH? RECOMMENDED PROVIDER FOR LONG HAUL AIRLINES
Virgin Atlantic has been named a Which? Recommended Provider for long haul airlines, as the UK’s consumer champion publishes its latest airline satisfaction rankings.
The airline received an overall customer satisfaction score of 79% in the annual survey, outperforming its transatlantic competitors on food and drink, cabin environment and value for money.
Virgin Atlantic is one of just two airlines to receive the full five stars for customer service in the survey of more than 5,500 UK consumers, with respondents praising its staff and cabin atmosphere.
Based on independent testing and customer surveys, Which? Recommended Provider status is awarded to the highest-scoring companies for overall quality and customer satisfaction in their category.
Corneel Koster, CEO, Virgin Atlantic, commented:
“I’m incredibly proud that Virgin Atlantic has been named a Which? Recommended Provider for long-haul airlines. This recognition reflects the care our teams put into every journey – from reliability to the premium experience our customers choose us for time and again.
