Viceroy launches Insider e-learning programme to agents
Viceroy Hotel Group has announced the launch of Viceroy Insider - a new, in-depth online agent training programme.
Designed to serve as a resource for all travel trades, Viceroy Insider will provide agents the tools needed to amplify their ability to highlight and sell the modern luxury hotel brand’s 13 properties across the globe.
The platform’s key benefits include incentivised product training courses unique to the Viceroy Hotel Group portfolio, dedicated portals highlighting company news and accolades, a ‘meet the team’ contacts page for global offices and a comprehensive asset toolkit inclusive of videos, image gallery and the most recent issue of the brand magazine.
The product training element is divided into three sections reflecting Viceroy Hotel Group’s signature brand tiers: The Icon Collection, The Lifestyle Series and Urban Retreat Collection.
As travel agents journey through interactive educational modules about these collections, they are rewarded with Viceroy Stamps, designed to deepen their knowledge about property offerings, provide them with key overarching brand messaging points and enable them to sell with confidence.
