TUI UK&I welcomes new board members

TUI UK&I has announced Helen Caron and Jeremy Osborne will join the UK board with immediate effect.

Jeremy Osborne, digital director, has been appointed to board director of strategic innovation and business change, a newly created function designed to drive strategy and manage all business change activity.

Osborne will also lead the business-wide innovation programme within the newly formed TraveLab, incubating and implementing new ideas to enhance the customer experience, through technology, process and service.

As the cruise business continues to play a fundamental part of overall growth, Helen Caron, managing director of Thomson Cruise, has taken a position on the UK board.

Caron will continue to drive the cruise strategy forward, focusing on improving product, and customer experience.

The launch of Discovery, the newest addition to the Thomson Cruise fleet will also form part of Caron’s primary focus.
