Travelport’s mid/back office solution gets more personal

Travelport, the business services provider to the global travel industry, has enhanced its mid/back office solution, Cross Check Travel Enterprise (CCTE), making it even more efficient for travel agents in the region.

Available now, the upgraded version offers new payment options, productivity tools and customisation features.

Designed specifically for Australian and New Zealand agents, CCTE offers travel agents a one stop shop solution for managing the workflow in their office, from daily administrative tasks through to financial and accounting functions, as well as CRM and reporting. It is used by more than 1,000 single and multi-branch travel agencies across the Pacific region.

The latest enhancements to CCTE include a new BPAY payment option, enhanced email features, updated itinerary styles and the ability to create and print documentation on customised agency letterheads. Agents can also receive automatic reminders from their trip file and streamline the way they issue statements.

Travelport is offering an early bird discount to travel agents who upgrade to the latest version of CCTE before 1 July 2011, while agents on a later version of CCTE (10.2 and above) can simply download the new CCTE upgrade tool and enjoy the new features straight away.
