Almal Real Estate Development has unveiled its flagship hospitality project on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

The luxury hotel and residence complex will feature over 422 hotel rooms and fully managed residential units, a beach club, bars and restaurants, and infinity pools, all adjacent to the Wynn resort.

Palladium Hotel Group has been appointed to manage The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and The Unexpected Al Marjan Residencies, under the Ushuaïa Unexpected Hotels & Residences.

The Spanish hotel operator brings over 50 years of hospitality expertise, managing more than 40 hotels across nine brands in seven countries.Established in Ibiza in 2011, Ushuaïa Unexpected Hotels & Residences is known for offering luxury experiences, blending music and entertainment.
