Swiss-Belhotel International signs MOU with Binakarya Propertindo Group

Swiss-Belhotel International Senior Vice President Operations and Development, Emmanuel Guillard, recently sealed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with a handshake with Budianto Halim, Operational & Technical Director Binakarya Propertindo Group. The signing ceremony was held on 3rd of September 2010 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The latest addition to Swiss-Belhotel International’s growing portfolio, Watu Jimbar Resort is a four-star international resort located in Sanur and will be the group’s fifth property in Bali. Designed to be a perfect setting of pure serenity and utmost privacy, the 260-room resort is due for completion by 2012. Each room will be equipped with LCD flat-screen TV with a wide range of international channels, IDD/NDD, individually-controlled air-conditioning, mini bar, personal safe deposit box, in-room broadband Internet access as well as coffee and tea making facilities.

Swiss-Belhotel International has also revealed that the group now has a total of 29 properties in Indonesia, including those under development. Swiss-Belhotel International Senior Vice President Operations and Development for Indonesia and Malaysia, Emmanuel Guillard, said “We are proud to manage this upper market condotel in Bali. With the current 20 operating properties all over Indonesia and seven scheduled to open in 2011, we will continue to ensure that our guests enjoy personalized service, attention to detail and international standards of facilities and comfort”.
