Swan Hellenic has expanded its 2013 river cruising programme with the introduction of the luxurious Royal Crown and sailings on the Dutch waterways.

The new vessel offers Swan Hellenic passengers the chance to visit iconic cities including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Haarlem, which are known for their world class museums, art and history. The two new sailings complement existing Swan Hellenic 2013 river cruises sailing on the Rhone and Danube on board the A-Rosa fleet of ships.

·      Highlights of the Dutch Waterways – eight day cruise. Explore the historic cities, palaces and villages that line the Dutch waterways with highlights including a walking tour of Amsterdam, a visit to the National Maritime Museum and a chance to see the world famous Cheese Market in Zaandam. Cruise departs from Amsterdam-overnight, before calling at Arnhem, Deventer, Enkhuizen, Hoorn, Volendam and Zaandam. Price is based on a 29 June 2013 UK departure.

·      The Golden Age of Dutch Waterways – an eight day cruise. Discover the landscapes and local traditions of the region enhanced by an exciting programme of shore excursions including a visit to the Van Gough museum and an overnight stay in Antwerp – the diamond capital of the world. Cruise departs from Amsterdam before calling at Kinderijk, Dordrecht, Antwerp, Middelburg, Rotterdam and back to Amsterdam. Price is based on a 6 July 2013 UK departure.
