Rotana makes European debut with double hotel launch in Turkey

Rotana, the leading hotel management company operating hotels across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Eastern Europe, has announced that both Burgu Arjaan by Rotana and Tango Arjaan by Rotana in Istanbul, Turkey will officially open their doors to guests on June 1st 2015.

The double opening marks Rotana’s expansion into the European market.

Adding a total of 318 rooms to Rotana’s existing 13,359-strong room count, both properties will share a host of recreational facilities including the lobby, lounge café, business centre, restaurant, Fitness & Wellness Club, indoor and outdoor pools and landscaped areas, as well as three meeting and conference rooms.

Re-defining the city’s coastline between Fenerbahce and Tuzla, Burgu Arjaan by Rotana and Tango Arjaan by Rotana are perfectly located in Istanbul’s Maltepe district and offering a short commute for both business and leisure guests from Sabiha Gokcen International Airport, Bagdat Avenue, a street famous for shopping, and the metro station.

Building on its partnership with Dap-Yapi, Rotana has also signed further agreements for two new properties, the Dalga Residences by Rotana and Vazo Residences by Rotana, thereby increasing its portfolio in the country to six hotels.

The upmarket residences, to be located in Maltepe as well, will add a further 272 rooms to Rotana’s existing inventory.
