RateGain accelerates European expansion with a doubled commercial team
RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, a global provider of AI-powered SaaS solutions for the travel and hospitality industry, today announced the next phase of its European expansion, with the region contributing 31.6% of the company’s total FY2025 revenue. Driven by growing demand for AI-powered commercial solutions, RateGain has more than doubled its commercial team in Europe and is increasing investments across key markets to accelerate growth.
RateGain continues to strengthen its presence in Spain, DACH, the UK and Benelux, while expanding investment in France and Italy, which have emerged as strategic growth markets. The acquisition of Sojern, completed in November 2025, has further strengthened RateGain’s position in Europe by enabling travel and hospitality brands to access an integrated suite of marketing, distribution and demand intelligence solutions.
The company is focused on deepening customer relationships, accelerating product adoption, and helping hotels and travel businesses drive revenue growth through connected, AI-powered commercial technology.
“Europe is one of the most important growth markets for RateGain, and we continue to see strong demand from hotels and travel companies looking to modernise their commercial technology stack,” said Oscar Ganuza, Senior Vice President Revenue, Europe, RateGain. “Our focus is helping customers unify pricing, distribution, marketing and guest engagement through AI-powered solutions that drive measurable commercial outcomes. As the industry becomes increasingly data-driven, businesses are looking for connected platforms that improve visibility, conversion and profitability.”
Growing demand for AI-powered commercial solutions continues to drive customer adoption across the region.
RateGain’s growth is being driven by its evolution from a pricing technology provider into one of the travel industry’s largest AI-powered data ecosystems. At the centre of this strategy is the UNO Direct Stack, which unifies pricing, distribution, marketing and guest engagement into a single commercial platform.
Since its European launch in September 2025, adoption of the platform has grown steadily, with deployments and pilot programmes underway across multiple markets. Hotels are leveraging the solution to improve conversion, increase ancillary revenue opportunities and deliver personalised, multilingual guest experiences.
The European team has doubled in size to support regional expansion.
To support continued growth, RateGain has more than doubled its commercial team in Europe over the past year and expanded its presence across eight countries.
The expansion is led by Oscar Ganuza, who joined as Senior Vice President Revenue, Europe in April 2026. Based in Barcelona, he is responsible for driving the company’s regional growth strategy, strengthening strategic partnerships and accelerating adoption of RateGain’s AI-powered solutions across the European travel and hospitality sector.
