BE-A is a front-office operating system for modern hotels. The AI platform automates routine guest communication and front-office workflows - from guest questions and requests to reservations and communication via email, WhatsApp, and voice - operating 24/7 in more than 100 languages. It integrates with hotel systems such as PMS, booking engines, and channel managers.
