Radisson Red to open Kuala Lumpur hotel

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has signed the Radisson RED Kuala Lumpur City Centre in Malaysia.

The 166-room new build hotel is strategically located 800 meters from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and is expected to open in 2022.

With this signing, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group will introduce Radisson RED, a millennial mindset brand, to the Malaysian market.

The new property will be situated on the edge of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, an area undergoing rapid transformation, and will respond to the growing demand for new lifestyle select hospitality experiences in the city.

Radisson RED Kuala Lumpur City Centre is a 166-room new build hotel located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, within close proximity to a number of shopping complexes and skyscrapers, including the iconic Petronas Twin Towers.

Spanning 27 floors, the property will feature Radisson RED elements, including beverage outlets such as Ouibar and Meet-Event rooms with a view of the Petronas Twin Towers.

Facilities include a roof-top swimming pool and gym with panoramic views of the city.
