LXA joins Global Restaurant Investment Forum line up

LXA has confirmed its participation in the Global Restaurant Investment Forum 2017, taking place April 10th-12th at the Fairmont Hotel, The Palm Jumeirah.

The three-day annual networking event, powered by Michelin, aims to together investors, owners, franchisors, and senior hospitality professionals from across the globe for a series of discussions chaired by a diverse line-up of high calibre speakers representing prestigious names in the
industry.

As a key influencer in the global restaurant market, Sarah-Jane Grant, partner at LXA, has been invited to be one of the keynote speakers at ‘Round Table Sessions’, which will share insights into industry knowledge.

She will also be part of ‘The GRIF Deal Den’ where a selection of expert judges will evaluate the appeal of a variety of concepts and projects for investment.

In the Middle East, LXA reflects a strategy of continued expansion and an expanding portfolio.

With over ten years of success in the hospitality and commercial sector, and a combined wealth of experience across a diverse range of projects for the world’s leading hoteliers and restaurant operators, LXA has established itself as one of the leading interior design and project management companies in the region.

In the UAE, recent projects have included the design and management of Intersect by Lexus in the DIFC, Jones the Grocer at Mirdif and T3 DXB Airport and Wagamama at Faisaliyah Mall, Riyadh.

In the UK, LXA is working on various concepts for numerous high street FAB offers along with on-going projects for major hotel operators.

Over the last three years GRIF has established itself as the annual meeting place for the global restaurant investment community.

Sarah-Jane Grant, director of the Dubai office at LXA, said: “Dubai, being one of the most phenomenal and fastest growing cities in the world is a melting pot of fusion cooking and globe-trotting chefs; however what makes or breaks a restaurant is not necessarily the food.

“The design is a fundamental part of the overall experience and subconsciously informs our overall review of the venue.

“As GRIF is a fantastic opportunity to highlight these connections, I am delighted to be able to share my insights with industry professionals alike.”
