Kiwi Collection – the world’s largest and most diverse curated collection of luxury hotels – has announced the launch of its online guest review system. Kiwi Collection is the first of its kind in the luxury hotel industry to provide this feature, which offers an additional source of information for travellers in search of the perfect hotel.

Hotel reviews are now available exclusively to guests who booked through Kiwi Collection and have completed their stay at any of the 2,300 hotels in the collection. To help facilitate their reviews while the experience is still fresh, guests are sent a questionnaire encouraging feedback and comments directly after their stay. This added function is invaluable in allowing Kiwi Collection to remain a trustworthy and unbiased source, while providing insightful feedback to its consumers.
