With participants from 42+ countries expected, ITB Americas represents a new model for the travel industry: a platform that combines regional strength with global reach. For destinations and suppliers, ITB Americas offers one efficient investment to connect with three regions and international partners. The event is built around quality over quantity, focusing on meaningful business relationships, senior-level engagement and measurable commercial outcomes rather than traditional volume-driven attendance.

The Hosted Buyers Program further strengthens this business focus by connecting exhibitors with highly qualified international travel buyers whose profiles closely align with the commercial objectives of participating companies.

The inaugural edition is expected to welcome more than 5,000 industry professionals, creating an environment where business development, networking and market intelligence come together.

Business, knowledge and leadership combined

Beyond its exhibition platform, the ITB Americas Conference will serve as a hub for thought leadership and industry transformation. With more than 40 conference sessions, the event will bring together executives, experts and innovators to address the most relevant topics shaping the future of travel. From artificial intelligence and digital distribution to sustainability and emerging technologies, the conference program will provide insights into the challenges and opportunities transforming the Americas travel market.

By combining commercial exchange with knowledge sharing and industry leadership, ITB Americas is positioned not simply as another industry event, but as strategic market infrastructure for the future of travel across the Americas.
