ICTP announces Turtle Bay Resort as new member

The International Council of Tourism Partners (ICTP) announced that the famous North Shore resort, Turtle Bay Resort, has joined the global efforts of this destination alliance as its most recent Associate member.

ICTP engages regions and their stakeholders to share quality and green opportunities, including tools and resources, access to funding, education, and marketing support. ICTP advocates sustainable aviation growth, streamlined travel formalities, and fair coherent taxation. Associate members enjoy global visibility alongside their destination tourism leaders.

Through networking, ICTP works to establish and increase global awareness and to network together with established destination members and its global network. Members of destinations currently include Anguilla; Grenada; Flores&Manggarai Baratkab County, Indonesia; La Reunion (French Indian Ocean); Malawi, Northern Mariana Islands, US Pacific Island Territory; Palestine; Rwanda; Seychelles; Sri Lanka; Johannesburg, South Africa; Oman; Zimbabwe; and from the US: California; Georgia; North Shore, Hawaii; Bangor, Maine; San Juan County&Moab, Utah;&Richmond, Virginia.

Chairman of ICTP, Juergen Thomas Steinmetz, said: “It is my pleasure to welcome the only resort hotel within our North Shore, Oahu, member region.
